5105 M is on order

There are several features on the "M" that the "E Limited" doesn't have. I think the additional weight, 32/16 transmission and the additional horse power will work better for my haying operation. Another huge feature was the left hand fender 3pt hitch control. I work by myself all the time and it will make it soooo much easier to hook up 3pt equipment. My wife commented that she would be willing to pay the extra $10,000+ just to keep from having to help me hook up equipment all the time, lol.

Another thing is the "M" has better placed SVC and throttle control. I found that the "E" controls were too far back and too low.

The other thing I considered was that if you stretched the additional cost over the life of the tractor and the increased value down the road it made the extra cost more palatable.

Agree on all points pretty much. My current 5525 is pretty much in between a current 5E and a 5M.

That comment from your wife is funny, but true!
The electro-hydraulic hitch is the best thing "since sliced bread." You will appreciate it more than you can imagine, especially hooking up a hay mower.
The M series is the "cadillac" of tractors. You won't regret it. Enjoy!
