Well after reading every possible post I could find on here, and a lot of pounding my head against hard objects.. 
I went ahead and ordered a 2320, 200CX, D, and a Power Flow system.
I didn't really care about the drive on feature of the MMM, but everything that I'm reading/hearing is that you can't mount a C on a 2320, is this true?? I guess you can mount a C on the 2320, which doesn't make any sense to me... And thanks to you guys, I know I want the bigger deck.
One dealer I talk to did find some JD literature that said the 62C requires the independent lift option on the 2320. Which is about $300 add on, and that point you might as well go with the 62D.
