66 vs 60 loader bucket?

By the way, I have the 66 inch Kioti bucket, and I still have my 60 inch Kubota bucket, and I use them both!..that's right I have the best of both worlds, a narrower bucket or digging and a wider bucket for hauling. And a set of forks, for a number of uses. Trust me forks are really worth the money. And I am saving up for a Grapple.. Tractors are just so much more useful when you have options.. Why limit your options? It literally only takes a few seconds to drop and change front implements with a SSQA. When I got my L3400, without SSQA.. it was not long before I realized I had made a big mistake, and it cost me in money and time to reverse that mistake. But hey, each to his own.

When I got the SSQA setup for my B3200 - I got the 54" bucket and the 60" bucket. I also bought a Virnig rock bucket. I started out with a 60" bucket when I got the tractor - and found that I really didn't think the 60" dug all that well (didn't have a toothbar on it) . So I got the 54" too. When I swapping from pin-on QA to SSQA - I ordered the QA and the two buckets. I've been using the 54" for digging - and find that it does dig better than the 60" - I've got a BXpanded toothbar coming soon - and that will get mounted on the 54" bucket , I'll leave the 60" bucket "smooth". That way if I need a bucket with a straight edge - I can quickly swap the 60" on - and I can use the 54" for digging. It's much easier to swap the bucket than it is to bolt and unbolt a toothbar from a bucket.

Since I work on a small property - I'm like ovrszd - I can swap thru all three buckets and the forklift frame easily in just an hour or two's worth of work. If I had to pound out pins to to do that - I would extend a 2 hour job probably into a 6 hour job.

The QA is EASILY worth the money.

I had a L3710 with fixed bucket. One major decision maker to trade up was the QA. My first extra attachment was pallet forks. Second came a bale spear. Plus just having the QA gives me the ability to bid on stuff at auctions because sometimes you can get skid steer attachments dirt cheap.
