But...but where did you put your rods while heating the dinner rolls for (Canadian) Thanksgiving??? (We lived near Merritt BC for 8 years on & off)
I may not know what to do with an "oven-warm" 7018 anyway, as all of my early experience with them was in a Virginia coal-country repair/fab shop with no rod oven I ever saw....although we ran so many so quickly they were almost always fresh out of the original box...but only seem to remember cardboard boxes, not tins....but was many moons ago.
Will still try to keep my current rods reasonably warm & dry....just not oven-dry. Surplus ammo boxes not so common here, so will be looking for something else suitable....they do have the plastic tubes, and PVC would also work.
