I went to re-install the 820TL on the TD75D as done a dozen times before and it didn't go just right. Loader was sitting outdoors on parking stands with 2x6's under stands and bucket blade. Attached hoses and couldn't get the rear to raise quite high enough to enter the bearing boxes, needed maybe another 1/4". Probably sunk into the ground a little.
Anyway, kept jiggling it a little, rockin back/forth, heard the locking pins click in and thought I had it. Raised up/down a few times ok and parked for night as was getting dark.
Was not ok. Noticed would only lower to about 24" of ground. Spring-loaded lock pins were not thru holes in sub-frame, but resting against it. (See marks on attached pictures). Actually probably kind of dangerous.
Will I need to lift the entire loader a little to get pins back in place? (Neighbor can help with skid-steer.) Or can I get it locked properly in place by using loader and bucket hydraulic functions?
