Y'all probably thought I had died or something,
but I vastly underestimated the amount of time it would take to do the work to my new Gator which I got last Xmas.
I vowed it would not go out the door until I was finished.
It will be my main transport,
and travelling office, on the farm.
I work during the day, farm in the evening, have a little family, so the spare time was in short supply.
I have an ATV, 650 Rincon,
that I'm using in the meantime.
However, there is light now at the end of the tunnel.
Expect lots of pics next week.
Here are some of the things done:
Full glazed door kit fitted.
Rear window .
Front work lights.
Rear work light.
rear beacon.
Mirrors.
Heater in cab.
Handbrake protector cover.
Full lighting kit.
Front HD struts.
Front fender protection bars.
rear hitch.
Wiring for trailer socket.
Rear number plate mount and lighting.
Rear backup alarm.
rear reversing light
Tool box fitted cargo area.
Rear mud flaps fitted.
Oversize 26" bear claws fitted.
Front RT40 warn winch fitted.
Front Xenon spot lamps fitted.
Water temp gauge and wiring.
Voltmeter gauge and wiring.
Ammeter gauge and wiring.
Clock fitted.
Interior light in cab.
Sun visor.
Fresh air fan in cab.
Electric defrosting heater for windshield in cab.
GPS fitted in cab
Marine speakers, enclosure and radio fitted.
windshield washer.
Inclinometer
LED's fitted in dash for 4wd , lights and high beam on.
Light in dash confirming winch operation.
Switch in cab for winch operation, also external socket.
Rear view mirror in cab.
Sound proofing in cab.
Under body wax coating
So after many skinned knuckles, head scratching,
swearing and problem solving,
1/2 mile of wiring and part sourcing,
we are nearly there.
Expect pics soon.
Just finishing up.
