Does anyone know anything about New Holland 269 balers. I found one at a dealer and it looks like it hasn't been used much at all. They are asking $1950. for it. What year where these built? The salesman said my tractor would handle it okay...

Thanks
Steve

The 269's first year was 1964. Available in twine or wire tie, 61.5" pickup, 70 stroke per minute plunger speed, 14" x 18" bale size, PTO driven. Probably built through late 1967, 273 replaced it in 1968. I'm thinking $1500 would be about right.
