264.14 for parts like Jinman quoted leaves you with 525.86 for labor and at a per/hr rate of 65/hr it would leave mechanic approx 8hrs to do the job. I've just did this repair on my TC45DA and had to take tires, complete floorboard platform, (which is what the seat, fenders are mounted to also) disconnect linkages, cowl by steering adjustment, steps ect, it probably took me 8-10 hrs total for the first time doing this repair. If i had to do it again i could cut this time in half. I also think the labor for the tc40a is high. I just looked at a pic of the 40A layout and it shouldn't take more than 4hrs in my estimate, time consuming part was getting at the lift cylinder on the DA. You have to take 4X more stuff off the DA by the looks of the 40A pics.

not a bad job at all if you feel like tackling it!

BTW: The prices I listed are from messicks.com site. Your prices at a local dealer might be slightly higher or slightly lower. Don't expect them to match to the penny, but they will be relatively close.
