Thanks, on the left side there is a 6 prong female ( 3 circuits it seems) connector outlet. On the right rear there is an extra exposed simple hot lead with 2 ends ( - & +). Cold when ignition is off, goes hit when headlight switch is turned on. It'll work provided amps are adequate etc.
I tried to get a male plug to use with this connector from my local dealer - no luck. It appears to be a connector for a towing harness. I tied into one of the leads that is hot when the light switch is on and connected two 28w led lights facing forward mounted to the bottom of the ROPS.. They don't draw much amperage so the stock fuse should be ok. The two leads on the right side are hot when the key is turned to "on".
There is also a white two lead connector on the left that is hot when the ignition is "on". I connected a cigarette lighter outlet to this.
