Adding 3rd function valve, top link, side link, and one extra. How???

So after looking a little more, i found that the 4610 has a hyd flow for implements of 9.6 gpm, so I assume that means that I'll have to step up to the next valve size? being the 14gpm rated one?
Is this what I need? Surplus Center - 4 SPOOL 14 GPM PRINCE WVS41BBBB5C1 DA VALVE

If so, what about the diverter, which one could I use?

Other than that I guess all I'll need to buy is QD fittings, hose, and a 12 pack for a long day of learning....
I can make up some type of bracket for the mounting I suppose, unless they sell one for this?
I know it's not an easy job but I'm eager to learn.

Also, as for the fittings, is that an entirely different subject altogether or is there sort of a standard that I can buy? I hope there aren't too many choices.

I just wanted to agree with getting the 4Th remote if at all possible. If you have the room, get it, now is the time to do it.:thumbsup: I know that for me and my implements, I need 4 and I only have 3 at the present time, but that is going to be changed this year. :cool2:

Your funny, :laughing: go to Discount Hydraulic Hose (DHH) and you can get all of your stuff from them if you are going to do this yourself. Check, re-check and then check again to be sure that you get ALL the right stuff the first time. I would use JIC fittings every where that I could.

Don't laugh, on my bigger tractor, I'm going to add 2 more, so I will have 5 at the rear.:thumbsup: I'm only going to add a diverter valve on my smaller tractor, so it will only have 4.

What do I need them for? 2 for "TnT", 1 for angle on rear blade or landscape rake, 1 to offset the boom on rear blade or landscape rake. I could use the 5Th one to tilt the rear blade a lot, but I have found that tilting the rear blade with the tilt cylinder of the "TnT" is more than adequate. :thumbsup: You can see in the pictures that I had to not use the offset hydraulic. ( it sets in with my tools) At present I only use a hydraulic for angling the blade and have to manually set the boom when it needs to be offset. :ashamed:

There is also a detent kit available for this valve.

Match the diverter with your tractor GPM.

There was a guy on TBN that had a bigger Kubota that had 6. He had "TnT" and an all hydraulic rear blade that required 4 controls.

offset
hydraulic gauge wheels

If I remember right, he had a grapple also, so he had a total of 9 controls, now that is a lot of controlling to do. :confused2:

That valve is perfect. I second the use of JIC fittings whenever possible-but there will still be NPT and ORB's needed in spots as well.

I suggest buying the valve(s), and getting them mounted before ordering any fittings or hoses so you can draw up a "map" of everything needed. You will need to fab up your own mounts.

Do you want to go the "diverter" route or the solenoid valve route?
