Hey all,

My Job for today was a mount for a chainsaw on the new ride. I‘m pretty happy with how it turned out, but the saw is able to move back and forth inside the scabbard, I need to address that, may have to add a lock down feature. I came up with a pair of “pinch plates” to mount it to the loader upright. The saw and scabbard slide into the mount. Made from my scrap pile.

Nice mount but isn't the steel going to beat up the cutting edge on your chain? Do you have plastic inside there?

Hi Dave, thanks for the compliment.
hard to see in the picture but the scabbard is on the saw protecting the blade. I also added a lockdown mechanism to keep the saw from flopping back and forth.
