If this is all correct could you commend a set up for me? and is there any reason to have more that a top/tilt on the back end.

If all you will ever do is use a top & tilt set, then 2 is all that you will ever need. A lot of people like to have hydraulic actuated implements which can easily add up to 4 more sets for a total of 6 sets of rear remote outlets.
So it all depends on you. I would add 3 sets at a minimum and really think about what you want to do in the future. On the safe side, be sure to use stacking valves so that more controls and outlets are easier to add in the future. Be sure to get at least one of the remotes with the float function and 2 is better in my opinion.
