Thanks again LD1. That explanation helps. I am not sure if regen is the issue or not. The grapple is on the tractor now and it is hanging in the dump position and it won't curl back up, just as you describe. I have already switched the lines from the loader valve to the P1 and P2 ports on the diverter, but it did not improve performance. I am not sure if that means we are barking up the wrong tree or not...

The loader manual stated that the tractor mounted loader valve has regen on the dump, and actually has a detent position to the far right. The manual makes no mention of regen on models where the valve is mounted on the loader frame, like my tractor has. The valve may have regen, but I have not found mention of it in the manual. My valve has no detent position on the far right when you dump.

I tried swapping the lines going into my diverter from the loader valve and there is no improvement. I am thinking I should take the lines off and inspect them for any type of blockage, and then possibly take the diverter apart to see if the problem reveals itself... any good advice would be appreciated!

I didn't read your whole thread but I will offer this advice: make sure you relieve the pressure before taking anything apart.

Without seeing pictures, of exactaly where each and every hose is connected and where its going to.....or a detailed drawing.....not much I can help with.

You can try completely removing the diverter. It has TWO inlet ports P1 And P2 And if air is blowed in P1....air should ONLY come out A1. Activate the diverter.....now air should come out A2. Putting air in P2 should have air come out B1 unactivated and B2 when activated. If it does all that....diverter is fine.

Maybe you hooked curl up to A1 and A2 and grapple to B1 and B2? Which is incorrect

I have it plumbed according to the product info.

I think I will take the hoses loose that go from my loader valve to the P1 and P2 ports on the diverter. Those have quick connects on them. It seems like I should be able to blow air through them when they are connected to their male fitting. The connectors are new and made in China, so I guess they could be plugged up...
