Sorta. I think all claims are not under the same conditions. For instance - a 5HP motor will put out 7.5HP ... so maybe theyre doing that and have reported the wrong running amps. They havnt reported the compressor speed in the setup. - Whatever it is it will be near constant until the motor breaks sync due too much overload. Probably somewhere around 9HP or when it burns up whichever is 1st. There are just too many skew possibilities to choose from. :confused2:Thanks for trying.
So they lied about what my compressor puts out?
,,,I would put more credence in the 19cfm at 100psi. Working against 150 PSI tank pressure single stage compression is only putting out a brief spit of air at the top of each compression stroke. This amounts to a huge brief flow and greater volumetric efficiency losses. -- The 16.8 figure is likely incorrect for the compressor rpm that pumped 19 at 100PSI
