Air Handler in a Ranch

Mine is in hallway mechanical closet (5x5), along with water heaters, softener and room for Terry's cleaning supplies. Ductwork is in the attic. All the metal plenum and duct is spray foam insulated as well as covered by blow in insulation.

I wanted easy service access.
