Alberta Solar

Individual debt is irrelevant to energy costs.

What is wind and solar contribution to total power generated percentage wise? Are the cost increases in line with the produced quanity?

Making more sense how much of the increased costs can be equated to wind and solar?

Wind and solar provides 4% of the provinces power and consisted 20% of the power bills.

LOL! All friendly here! ;) Just talking power right?

For me the bottom line is pretty clear. Right now, and certainly based on our geography, wind and solar are nothing more than cute but very expensive add-ons to the power generation market. They have their place, but to try to shut down conventional power plants in Canada like Notley is doing in Alberta is absurd. There is, and likely can't be, sufficient replacement generation from solar and wind. And if there is, you destroyed much of the beauty of the land by sticking fields of panels or turbines where nature used to be. I'd rather take the money and ensure we tighten up the cleanliness of power generation that is already in place.
