Dealer Am I expecting too much from my dealer?

My thoughts exactly. That's why I added the second rear remote.

But I did do some Googling. Found out why I cannot add the third to mine. Apparently the ROPS version is different than the cabbed tractor. Cabbed tractors have (3) slots for rear remote levers while ROPS only have two.

I hadn't noticed this on mine as they haven't installed the second remote yet. Still waiting on the part to come in.

I've never heard of that. Wonder why they did that?

Weird, mine told me it wasn't possible to have 3 'stock' rear remotes. Despite their being a picture of all three on rear of the tractor. I didn't want to argue or press the issue since I don't really envision using 3 remotes ever. View attachment 624276

My dealer told me the same thing. In fact, the only reason that I am waiting on the 3rd remote is that he listened to his manager or somebody that told him only 2 were possible. :( When they received the NX5010C chassis and were working it up, I visited and saw only 2 remotes. He told me the 3rd was not possible. I told him what I learned on TBN about the 3rd remote situation and he proceeded to order another remote and the longer bolts the next day.

My understanding is that Kioti only offers the 3rd remote option outside North America and dealers here cannot order an "official" 3rd remote kit. The US dealers need to order two 2nd remote kits and get longer bolts elsewhere. This means that you end up with the factory gray and two blue covers for the remote control levers and QC's. The official 3rd remote kit has a green lever cover and green QC covers. Otherwise all function the same. I got the 3rd with detent for possible constant flow.

Why Kioti uses the same sticker on the rear showing 3 remotes in the US while telling the US dealers that 3 are not possible is beyond me. :confused3:

If you decide that you need a 3rd someday, it should be cheap and easy to install yourself. The hardest part is probably pulling the cable, although might be easier on a non-cab model.

Ignore most of my previous post, I did not know about only having 2 lever slots on the ROPS. Can you still physically stack 3 valve bodies in the back? If so, maybe you could re-position the lever if you need a third someday.

I have some experience with Kioti and it is not unusual for them to shut down for the better part of a week because they decide to do a business system upgrade or do a warehouse inventory with no regard for the time of year or inconvenience to dealers or end users.

Every company or person has the right to me to run their business as they choose. I respect that belief very much, but that is amazing to me.

As to Credit Card purchases I have seen many companies who are known for selling at price discounts to upcharge for CC purchase.

Yes, you can still stack 3 remotes. Can also route the cables from several threads I read. Just would have to find a way to mount the third handle. So it is 'possible'. Just something that would be more apt to be installed via oneself than dealer I would think?

yes, I would just do-it-myself if and when needed
