No he did not mishandle things.Of course it is all about how it is handled. That is exactly what the FDA is going after this guy for. Mishandling things. Not complying with the regulations to handle things. Not because he is Amish.
He is selling a product that bureaucratic busy bodies don't approve of.
And he is selling meat that even slaughtered and cut up in business that is cleaner and maybe better run then others,
does not have an Inspector standing by when they are killing and cutting.
While some regulation may be desirable for food safety the rules and regulations they have gone way to far over board
especially on the smaller independent operators.
