I've had a few minor issues over the years, like a tach cable ($10), a plastic fuel filter bowl ($10), glow plug timer ($50).
Original battery lasted 11 years.
All easy and cheap fixes. Overall I've been real pleased with this tractor .

... I'm still on the original battery on the DKse and it has never failed to start with first turn of key. It has a very powerful loader (2700+lbs lift) and has been a great tractor. I'm still convinced it is the best bang for the buck in the CUT world...

Nah... that would be the DS4510HS! :thumbsup: Just messing with you, both were incredible values.

I'm assuming the OP is looking at a DK50se rather than the older DK50. And given the loader was listed as the only thing insufficient on the current tractor I'd say there's just about no way you wont be happy with the DK50se. It has twice the loader compared to what you're used to.

I actually have the same loader on my tractor (with different joy stick and mount).

I don't think it will have any problems picking up wet round bales....;)
