1" and 2" tubing, smoe angle and some flat. Started by bolting 2 X 3 angle to ROPS and built from there. 1" tubing flat accross top of fender and skin trimmed to match curve of fender. The worst thing you can do is try to keep track of time on one of these projects. Let's just say "many O nights out of the house" Note the A/C. No need to remove doors. You can find thead in Build-it-Yourself by finding Cab w/A/C.

Not here to steel this thread but thanks any way.

Thanks everyone, I have it off the tractor now, doing finish welding, and adding the sheet metal. I'll try to remember to get new pics today.
I still got to get the window "glass"..so I'll check with an upholstery shop near by about the soft glass.
On the bends on mine that follow the fnders, I made a template of the bend, then cut 1" square tubing about 12" longer...took it to a machine shoip and had it bent...brought it back home and welded them in. My lower "tie in" pieces actually bolt in making the cab easier to put on.

Got the two big sections painted. After sand blasting, I DA sanded the flat areas with 80 grit..
Then wiped it down with Wax & Grease remover..
Then seam sealed all the edges and seams...
Primed it with two-part Epoxy primer..
Then sprayed 2 coats of Acrylic Urethane.

I must say, you are doing a real professional job.
Looking good.
Myself, I tend to rush things up a bit .

However I recall that on my cab I sanded and used a 'metalprep' acid etch prior to priming and must say the cab finish is doing better than the tractor factory finish.

Keep the pics coming.

Really professional workmanship!

Careful, as the orders will start coming in for cab sales. LOL

Like mine, your windshield fits nicely. and I like your roof overhangs which you will never regret. (wish I had made mine 2" more)
Over the last week we had lots of sleet and freezing rain topped with 12" of snow.
Because of overhangs I did not need to scrape any ice from my widshields.

Notice the corner braces in your door windows. Good move, that'll stiffen door nicely.

Now all you need is get lucky (I did) and find a couple of wiper kits at a yard sale.
I paid $20.00 for NIB Deere kits, complete.
The horseshoe was in the right place that day!

Another trick you might wish to try is to mount a couple of those computer fans to cool you off on hot days.
While AC is most desirible, moving air along with the top to block hot direct sun is quite effective.
I have one now and plan to position a second one.
I discovered that mounting bases for security cameras make for a neat adjustible fan mount. A bit of fiddling to adapt, but not impossible.
A big bonus of fan blown air is that I have NO BUGS that generally want to accumulate under the roof.

A camera tripod swivel would also be a cool (no pun intended) adjustable fan mount.

Again, looking good!
