I'm estimating materials were around $700.00 . I wasted some money by getting the wrong size sheet metal (was able to use it for other projects). And Do Not order weather stripping until you're finished, so you'll know what type u really need.
All the windows are lexan, except the windshield is a rear school bus glass..also where the heater came from.
The wiper (el cheapo, but works) and all weather stripping came from JC Whitney co. I used a lot of seam sealer..it actually glues in all the plexiglass, and I used automotive Urethane (made for car windshields) to "glue" in the windshield.
I just used it for snow removale...wasn't even like work. Even without the heater installed, the interior stays nice and warm, and glass fogging is minimal.
