I am preparing to do the 50 Hour Service on my B3030HST. An AMSOIL rep recommended the Amosil Synthetic Hydraulic Oil, ISO-68 to replace my transmission/hydraulic fulid. When questioned, he said the product was a 30wt single grade hydraulic. Is this suitable or would Kubota SUDT be preferred? As I recall from some of the previous posts, the Kubota UDT is also a single grade, but the SUDT is a multi-grade dino product. Does the Amsoil single grade synthetic meet or exceed the benefits (if any) of using the multi-grade SUDT?

My AMSOIL rep also recommended the Amsoil Synthetic 5W-30HDD for changing my engine oil. Is this also a good recommendation?

I used to use amsoil, but have gone to dino engine oil (must be for diesels!!) and SUDT. My personal opinion is that the benefits are small in light use situations and accelerating the fluid change frequency is probably a better choice.

Nothing against synthetics! (except the cost...)
