A husband and wife opened a Mead store in our town about a year ago. They were making it for Renaissance Fairs, maybe SCA as well, and were winning awards so they opened the shop. They look to be very successful. They do have some good stuff and I am very jealous of his brewing setup.

A buddy of mine makes mead. I dont like all of the styles he makes but wow his blueberry is wonderful. 5 lbs of honey, 5 gallon bucket of blueberrys and sparkling wine yeast. He ages it a whole year wow nice stuff.

I think the TBNer with the Roll Playing Problem should get a couple of companies of Yankee and Johnny Reb soldiers to have some skirmishes in the woods to reenact the battle of the Wilderness! They need to schedule the reenactment of the Wilderness to match up with the weekend of the wizarding wars. I think I would pay to see all of that going on at one time! Bring along some mead and it would be a blast!

I was thinking the same thing, except invite some star wars or trekies in so that the time lines are really messed up.

I had a neighbor that did not like something I was doing a while back and started actually wanting to fight (did not like my pump motor running) I told him if he wanted to talk and work out something we both could agree on we could and if he wanted to be an ahole I was sure I could out ahole him and if he ever come out wanting to fight again he would limp home... Next day he come out as soon as I got home most have been looking for me all day. I was thinking oh shoot here we go again.....He walks to the fence and said "Im sorry" I about feel over and said....no problem we all have bad days
