I give up... I've repeatedly left private posts in order to help get this TRX repaired, and to get the company to do it for you.

I'm sorry !!!! But my REAL job calls me out at all times of the day and night!!! This past week has been a night mare of arresting an Operating under the influence drug dealer, arresting a WHOLE family including a 15 year old boyfriend of the girl who had warrants for theft driving with out a license her father who had violated his conditions of release from a pending protection order... and then the mom shows up on the scene to find out why her daughter is in hand cuffs and we find out the mom is also wanted and is driving on a suspended drivers license... Just today, I was walking into the local high school to yank out a teen for falsifying a written statement for covering up a friends OUI driving crash that totaled the PickUp truck.... When we got called out to a rescue of a woman who fell by the ocean and was unconscious!!! I only have tomorrow morning off because the next day I have been subpoenaed to a hearing about a stalker that I arrested in the spring and the DA is trying to get the guy institutionalized!!! They wrote Maine's anti stalking laws against this guy and he ended up on the summit of Cadillac Mountain scaring the two gift shop girls at sunset closing time..... Just another sleepy National Park!!!!

I'll call tomorrow AM!!!

I'm sorry if I wasn't able to call you between 5 -8 AM pacific time. I have tried the phone numbers you gave me and called a dealer in WA about how to get a hold of you. I have left return phone numbers and Private Messaged you... I'm not sure what's going on...

Repeatedly???....Exactly how many messages over what time frame?

I'd think you'd have connected RangerDave with someone inside the company who would have become the point of contact to get his tractor fixed in one fashion or another...

Unless you are in position to authorize the repairs...you should have gotten out of the loop after you gave him the name of someone who is authorized to make decisions...

This thread is GREAT Advertising...for ANY OTHER TRACTOR MANUFACTURER except Antonia Carrera...I'm convinced I'll be buying GOLDINI and/or John Deere for our orchard needs and will recommend to any other apple operations to run the other way, before they commit to AC products...

Dave, is there any signs that some one could have been tampering with it? Lets face it, some moron not knowing what they were doing went to work on the wrong bolts,,, it may have been that they were interrupted it the middle of it and left them just loose enough that with time and strain eventually they just came apart? AT THE FACTORY NO LESS

PS, I'm going to work for Freightliner, but will still help with this as I can.

Well, I talked to Bruce Clark at the beggining of the week... he told me that Don the service manager and he would look in to what they could do...

It does not look promising. Not only are they "unaware" of ANY deal "to get the company to get the TRX fixed" by Tractor Rep (AWOL)... but I have yet to hear back from them...

Something interesting has occured over the past month...

After I was told not to contact the company about my problem, I was then asked to contact the company...

After I was told that my tractor would be taken care of, I was told that's not what they meant...

I was then told that I should contact my Insurance Company and file a vandalism claim, after I told them that it was probably a warranty issue....

I was just contacted yesterday from a fellow who owns one, seems pretty knowlageable about the history of the castings and says that not only has it just happened to him, BUT a couple of other people as well.....

I'll cop it for this but IMHO....it is a badly thought out mating arangment , and too thin in the walls to do the tasks expected of it and from memory it also has a strange looking square cutout in the area to make things worse (maybe for park brake band adjustment). They show them with a Berti heavy duty forestry mulcher fitted , which would indicate they are suitable for traversing rough terain . I think they have gone far enough already by increasing them too 100hp without trying to mulch trees with them . As far as a being a nimble big hp tractor with low height for driving orchard sprayers etc. they would be hard to beat .
