I would leave them alone and let them go on their way. We have a family that we have been observing this season and they have presented no issues to our cats. They have cleaned up the rodent, turkey, snake and neighbors chickens quite well. We had a few game cams capturing their night time meal runs over the last few weeks.
It seems both the cats and the foxes have a mutual agreement on borders. Although this AM I found half a pound of chicken feathers outside the barn door.
Like most years, I expect them to just move along. It was a treat to see the kits this year.

This one ended up in a trap, as I thought it was a ground hog under a run in. And I just set the traps with no special methods. Bait and set.
The nannie fox was always aware of me.
