I always thought white GSD's were cool looking. It wasn't until I was seriously looking into getting a quality European GSD with a great pedegree that I learned that a white GSD is considered "not acceptable" in the GSD catagory. I don't know why, but every breeder I spoke with told me that I'd never find a reputable European breader of GSD's with a white GSD. I still don't know why. My mother in law had one and she really liked it. I think she bought it mainly because every book she found on GSD's said that it was "defective" and unacceptable. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif Now the solid black GSD's are acceptable. Why is that?
