I just don't get why Kubota does things like this? I have and have had tons of Kubota equipment and every piece of equipment I have had has been nothing less than a home run in terms of durability, quality of build, and performance. Some of the service points could be made a little easier to access on some of the equipment, and some of the HVAC stuff should be better laid out imho, but other than that, I keep going back to them because their equipment works for me.

I look at the Grand L machines and drool over the cabs that they now offer for a tractor and wonder why you'd farm out a cab for a purpose built contractor grade backhoe thats not even close to as nice as a factory cab. I've run an M59 several times and theres plenty of room for a cab on it and would really make it a great machine, now they have their chance on a new unit and they drop the ball, this plus no A/C just seem like they'll loose potential customers. I do understand that A/C can be added, but it'll never be as nice as a factory engineered HVAC system.

Do you know if it the same as the cab they already sell for the M59 or is Curtis building a different cab to Kubota's specifications?Is there a cab option for the L47?If so,I would assume it is also made by Curtis, which doesn't give me any interest in trading my L45 for a cabbed TLB.I am getting older and have been wanting a cab but not a Curtis for the price Kubota will surely be asking.

I would say yes, only because that came
From Messicks, and they have proven to be "in the know".

It's unfortunate, and I think we are all "hoping" that Kubota will come out and say it's a new factory cab similar to the Grand L, but that's not happening.
