Anyone use Slime in gator tires?

I got my first puncture yesterday in driver's side rear tire (XUV 850D). I drove over a "punji" in a recently cleared trail. I used a DC compressor to inflate the tire to get out of the woods. It looks like it's holding pressure with the repair I made.
I usually take care to cut saplings and brush low, with a flat top, so I don't expect to have too many incidents like this, but I'm thinking the Slime might help prevent another incident.
I haven't used Slime in my tractor or gator, what do you guys think?

I used Slime to stop some slow leaks in tires recently. I wouldn't trust it to seal a larger puncture from a sapling. I think you would be better off removing the tire and installing a patch inside the tire.

I put it in all 4 tires on my 4 wheeler. The locust thorns were causing me to have pin hole leaks on a regular basis. The ATV type slime has eliminated those problems. I'm a firm convert if you have a danger of small punctures.

i had a bottle in each of my tires on my old hpx. that stuff worked great.

I too am a believer in slime - it has worked great in the tires on my ATV, however, there is a better product out now you may want to consider.

Slime is about as important as the fuel that goes into our Utility vehicles and ATV's.
Without it, we wouldn't go very far >>>>

The Kubota, has 1/2 gallon per tire
The Honda Rubicons, 32 oz. bottle per tire
