Backhoe Anyone using a backhoe on B2410?

I am considering a backhoe for my B2410HSTB. Most use would be in and around lawns, and hour here, 1.5 hr there. In total travel time would be almost equal to the use time. My thinking is that the compact 2410 would be: much easier to move and haul, easier on the lawns, more manuverable in tight places, and 6.5' digging depth is enough for my use. I have an earlier model L2850 that I could but the hoe on but I think the smaller tractor is the way to go.

Any comments, anyone got one for sale close to E. TN?
