Are you a real person constant prompt

Why am I suddenly getting a prompt that says "Are you a real person" with a 'Proceed' button for EVERY SINGLE PAGE LOAD on this site starting today? That's just crazy and ridiculous. What is going on?

Another datapoint that may help you dig into things:

The prompt does not happen when the current page dynamically updates, such as when I post a comment to a thread and the page changes to move from my 'edit new comment' box to displaying my comment as a post. Or when the page updates while editing to say "Messages have been posted since you loaded the page". So, basically whenever the URL changes I get prompted and when the URL stays the same it doesn't prompt.
