I've dollies underneath everything except the back blade, which is easy to move without one.

The one underneath the soil ripper is an actual pallet with castors underneath. Even the pallet sags a little in the middle though.

Below are pictures of the board I put underneath the bush hog that'll show you what works. It's now a 2x6 with steel castors underneath. You need 3 castors on each side to make it stand up by itself.

I've something resembling a furniture mover underneath the MacKissic. It does tend to be top heavy, as some mentioned, but a couple pieces of wood keep it from tipping.

The carryall's bottom is a pallet. So, I just put 4 metal castors at each corner. Most castors have to be metal. Plastic just isn't strong enough except for the Mac.

I BLAME TBN!!! (for making my life easier)

It was a previous thread that suggested putting casters under all of my implements. As pinetree10 said, the casters weren't cheap but you get what you pay for... smooth, effortless shifting, positioning and storage of my implements (and my diesel bowser too).

I used existing pallets. On some I reinforced with screwed on wood 1x3's. I did have to build a pallet from scratch for the tiller due to the tynes, though. So the only implement that isn't on a dolly is the ballast roller filled with water... it lives a lonely life behind the shed. ;)

The previous owner attached wheeled trailer jacks. Works pretty slick only thing I will change is how they attach so I don't have to buy more and I can swap easier.

Any time you can roll a 700 lb. attachment around with ease makes the effort and investment worthwhile. I'm glad I went with the 300 lb. capacity casters because I never have to worry about them failing and the ride is very smooth.

I see you're from Northeast, OK. I spent four years in Stillwater at OSU. Lots of good memories from that time.

I recently had to do an emergency repair on my snow plow.Welding leads wouldn't reach and couldn't get my cabbed tractor in the shop.My son had a heavy duty wooden pallet,I purchased 4 casters and lagged to the bottom of the pallet.Set the plow on the pallet and wheeled to the welder.Perfect.Total cost $32.00 for casters and lags.
