I've dollies underneath everything except the back blade, which is easy to move without one.
The one underneath the soil ripper is an actual pallet with castors underneath. Even the pallet sags a little in the middle though.
Below are pictures of the board I put underneath the bush hog that'll show you what works. It's now a 2x6 with steel castors underneath. You need 3 castors on each side to make it stand up by itself.
I've something resembling a furniture mover underneath the MacKissic. It does tend to be top heavy, as some mentioned, but a couple pieces of wood keep it from tipping.
The carryall's bottom is a pallet. So, I just put 4 metal castors at each corner. Most castors have to be metal. Plastic just isn't strong enough except for the Mac.
