A change was made so that only picture, zip, or text files can be attached?

I thought I had changed the files allowed, but I just did again .... those allowed are:

.zip, .txt, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .wav, .mp3, .mpeg, .mpg, .avi, .pdf

File size limit is 150kb.
