I hope everything went well today on your final.

Final inspection was today!!!
It went extremely well.
The Inspector said it was one of his best, but he has never ever given one where nothing was required to be fixed.
Our punch list will take about 4 hours tomorrow.
1) Insulate a water line under the house.
2) replace a faulty GFI outlet that stuck when he tried it.
3) replace, or add, a guardrail on the front outside steps that meets code.
That's it.

It's still sinking in.
We will call Tuesday nite for the follow up inspection on Wednesday, and then I should have my CO!

well done bo! i've lurked on this thread for years as you've struggled to comply with what appears to be an over-bureaucratized county and then watched as you've built your house. that must be a good feeling to have a good inspection.
