B2150 What's worth ??

I know of a 1994 B2150 for sale. I haven't seen it up front but may later this week. I know the following details :

4 cyl diesel, 24 HP
4 WD
loader
turf tires
cab
approx. 2700 hours
supposedly in very good condition

they are asking $13,900 ( Canadian).

Is this number of hours a concern ? And is this asking price a little high ? I believe it is. Any imput would be appreciated.

Sounds way too high. Thats about $11.7k US. The hours aren't too bad if it's been well cared for. Are there any attachments (brushhog, boxblade) with it? By itself I don't think I'd pay more than about $6-7K US.

I'm with Dman, way too high. If you checked it out, put it through it's paces and couldn't find anything wrong, I don't even know if I'd offer 6 or 7k with no attachments. A lot can happen to a 13 year old tractor, even with the best of maintenance. Check out some of the dealer websites and ebay for an idea of what a reasonable price would be for such a machine.

I had a B2150 up until last year. It is a fine tractor! However, not that fine! I bought it two years ago, it had 1850 hours with a brand new 4ft. Bush Hog for $6300 US. That was a good price then. I traded it for another tractor, but could have easily gotten that for it last year. Of course one thing that I have noticed is that tractor prices vary A LOT depending on where you live.
