B26: Toothbar and Bolt-On Edge

I fabricated a toothbar for my B26 which doesn't require removal of the bolt-on edge. For those of you that might be interested, I posted the story in the DIY section:

Great tractor. Still learning it - its quite the upgrade from my old BX22. First big job is 300ft water line trench. Second is excavating for one of those swim in place pools. I'll use the toothbar to break up tree roots - poor mans root scraper - and other misc stuff to maintain the horse arena.

Curious. How will you approach this?

Will you starddle the line as you use the backhoe, or will you park parallel to the line and angle the backhoe?

I ask because some day when we get a TLB, I have to dredge a 5' wide, shallow creek [more of a run off from a huge culvert pipe] that has almost completely grown over with tall weeds. It's tricky. I might be able to enter down below where the bank is almost non existent and the depth, all told, is about 18", and back all the way up the creek with the wheels riding along the angled embankment. Then, I can dig and inch my way down the creek: ideal approach, I think.
