First time on TBN, I just sold my BX2200 with FEL and mowing deck looking to get a little bit longer and wider tractor for stability and of course some more power wouldn't hurt either. I landed on these two models I loved my BX2200 the only things that is slowing me down on the new B2620 is that the deck flexes when you get on, the fender flexes when you put weight on the handle and the gasket around the ROPS where is goes through the fender seems cheap. The JD2320 seems more solid and the FEL has the same lifting capability even with a litter less hp.Price is within $500. Does anyone have any advice?

I, too, am looking at the 2620 and the 2320.

Very similar.

I think the JD has better ergonomics, particularly the foot pedals for the hydrostat. One other thing I've noticed, and this might just be picky me, (I like to keep my equipment clean), the Kubota has a rubber mat that would need to be removed to make certain the underside is dry. The JD offers a hard surface plastic, much easier for cleaning, drying, maintaining, IMO.

Excellent point! I sold my bx2200 quickly based on condition, but the floor was always a struggle to keep clean dirt would get under the mat. thanks Paul

I looked at both, and would be happy with either. The JD has some things that I wish my Kubota had:
Position control
QC bucket on the loader (it does seem that the Kubota QC will fit the B2x20 series too)
Brakes that can be used for steering

The Kubota has some good things too:
Three speed hydro (yes, I use all three)
More ergonomic 4wd control
Front mounted implements that are better sized to the tractor....... front blade, and snowblower
Better provisions for tire chains, and common sized tires.

I had a chance to use both machines this week, and I must say that I am going orange for these reasons I thought the JD HST was loud..... and most of your operation of the machine will be done in low gear hi gear was to fast for most operations(example mowing with mid-mower) I also did not like the location of the 4WD lever. The plastic platform on the Jd was better and will be easier to clean yet the B2620 had more room on the deck and the seat felt better. This is just my opinion everyone will see thing different but I hope it helps guys with say dilemma

I also feel the joystick is better positioned on the B2620. As you can see by my sig I came to the same conclusion between the two :p

I love my 2320. I have had larger JD tractors, and the two range hydro is a detriment in my mind, but it is hard to beat the JD ergonomics and comfort/efficiency. I do wish the tractor had a bit more PTO power, but I have used the next two larger hp machines in that frame size and they did not seem more powerful.
