Once one tooth comes apart, the debris finds itself in the well of the bevel gear case, where the lower shaft bearing is, hence the total destruction of your front axle has been programmed, and for a Kubota dealer to tell a customer to live with the "klunking noise" is blatantly negligent. That's unreal and I wish I could find his post somewhere.

If this problem is as you describe, you would not have "owned alot of Kubotas". I suspect lack of lubrication causing the wear or just plain abuse. You state that the new gears also had flaws, did you ever get a set that did not have the flaws? Perhaps you need to tear the whole tractor down and get everything x-rayed to make sure there are no other flaws.

First of all, the bevel gear and corresponding pinion gear in question are straight cut bevel gears. They are not a matched set, nor does Kubota even sell them as a matched set. Have you even read the Kubota WSM on your tractor?
Second of all, they really took you on the parts. The bevel gear is $276 and the pinion is $147. If you replaced the bearings and seals that adds roughly another $90. So that's a little over $500 a side, not sure how you came up with $2000 to do the job.
I think operator error is to blame here. That same bevel gear that you tore up Kubota uses on the B26 industrial tractors (exact same P/N.) I guarantee if the parts were faulty you would see lots of B26's with front axle problems considering most of them are used commercially and on rental yards.

The bevel and pinion shaft gears are a matched set. You replace the bevel gear, you replace the pinion gear. Where are you from? Call Coleman Equipment.

Sounds to me like you just look at your tractor and do not really use it. All bearing, seals and shims replaced. Differential and pinion gear replaced. All universal joints replaced with new pins. Front propeller shaft covers replaced.

when the debris from a chipped teeth on the ring gear enter the lower pinion shaft bearing, the bearing fails. The will result in addition bearing and gear failures and possibly even a cracked bevel gear case. Look at the cross section of a bevel gear unit.

It did sound like you had the job done in a shop as it normally only costs about 700 to 800 do both! Must have been the extra parts!
On the tires rolling off, inflation to low causing the tires to flatten! This in turn would cause a problem with the lead lag ratio causing the front gears to take extreme load from the lack of balance of the drive train.
