The main cross tube looks pretty level with the grill guard tube now. The grill guard on mine is perfectly level...I checked it many times. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
This last photo shows the main loader cross tube in reference to the frame. If you eyeball the two holes in the frame with the tube you can see it is much better than before.
I hope this helps those who are searching for a fix. Now that I look at these photos I think the fix worked out better than I originally posted. I am happy with it. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
He said Kubota has admitted there was a fixture problem with the uprights.
It's good to hear that. I know that it has been quite a problem for some owners. It is rare that someone in his position will tell a customer what the problem actually is caused from. Now they should be able to get the rest of the bad frames taken care of.
Kubota rep came by tonight to look at the loader. We made many measurements. He is going to get a new left upright ordered. He was very helpfull and wants to get this problem resolved. We found a second issue with the left upright.I'll have to get a picture posted because i'll just get you confused if I try to explain it.
The right one on mine fixed the problem...They changed the left side first and it didn't seem to make a difference.
Maybe yours is different?
I am glad someone is helping you out though.
Let me know how it goes. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I think I get your meaning now about the left upright...You found a problem with it in addition to the right one? Is that right?
I thought I read somewhere that Kubota was aware & acknowledged this problem and had taken steps to correct it. Is this a problem with FELs bought some time ago and are the new ones being manufactured & delivered now correctly aligned? Since I'm getting ready to buy, it's good to know that the Kubota reps are responsive in any case. I'd really like things to be right from the onset though since my dealer will not be located near the farm which may make service more of a headache.
I or should i say we, we being owners of B3030s, think the problem was on the early models. I purchased in october 2005 & my fel is fine, just trying to help & support these good people that have this fel issue.
Now I feel better about reading this thread about the crooked LA403 fel's. I'm new to this forum thanks to my wife as she found the info you guy's have shared about your problem with the crooked bucket syndrome. I just got my B3030 back from the dealer after a 6 week stay for the same problem and it's still the same as was when it went in. At first I thought that I was going nuts, but now I see that I share the same problem as others here.
Well now I'm on a mission and have to THANK all of you. Now I have a leg to stand on with this matter. I guess I'm not crazy after all.
kubota L 3540 hsdc,B 2320 hsdc & lots of other stuff!
Some B3030's have this problem others are fine? We can put men on the moon and transmit data with light, you would think kubotas engineers could figure this out.
3 finger i sent you a PM. Kubota didnt fix my FEL. I did. I was tired on waiting.18 months is plenty of time for a fix.I love the tractor but i do get heated over this issue.
