Going back aways. It was recommended that a heavy duty top link bracket be installed when using heavy rear attachments. do not know if it is available for the B3030. I bought mine because of the heavy rear blade I have. It also comes with the BL4690 backhoe.
You brackets sounds like the original 2 piece that came on my B2910. The heavy duty bracket is one piece and has more bolts holding it on.

I dont have any REALLY heavy impliments ( for a tractor to lift) but I have already bought heavier top links. I bent the rod end of the factory top link and called Kubota to see what they wanted for a new toplink...because I was told..by them..that the rod end COULDNT be unscrewed and replaced (??????) Kubota wanted $220 for a new toplink....:eek::eek:

I went to TSC and bought a "China's Best" of the same length and much heavier for $19.95 and with the help of my farmer buddy got the factory link unscrewed and straightened and back into service.
( I should have realized that Kubota was going to give me a royal screwing on each and every part..but it didnt sink in until I had to pay $150 to replace a HEADLIGHT COVER!!!!!! ) which was the LAST Kubota item I'll ever buy!

Many many toplinks in the stable now and that way I can leave them on each impliment and dont have to keep re-adjusting them when I change impliments

The bracket on the tractor is more than heavy enough built though

I found a OEM top link on ebay. $20 including shipping. Looks better than original one.
I have 2 china top links. Plus a hydraulic top link. I only use the hydraulic top link on attachments that require adjustment while using them.

Try a 20" hunk of heavy chain.....much cheaper and it won't bend!

FWIW.......
