Greetings,
I don't own a
B3030 but I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Seriously tho, I had a 1/2hr to blow today so since I was in the area I stopped by the local Kubota dealership and got to checking out the machinery when this
B3030 w/Cab caught my eye. It wasn't long till a sales rep made his way out and before you know it, I'm inside the cab w/the engine running and ice cold air blowing through my formally hair sport'n brain housing group.
Remembering this thread, I set the throttle at several RPM ranges, i.e. idle, 1500, 1700, 1900, 2200 etc and didn't notice any out of the ordinary vibrations. So I drove it around in both 2w & 4w drive, in L, M & H gears and still no appreciable vibration. I actually thought it was pretty smooth.
Needless to say, I was highly impressed with it and if'n I could justify it, I'd definitely trade for it.
But alas, I'd have some serious tree trimming as well as building modification(s) to do inorder to use it for finish mowing. Besides, I just recently paid off the debt to the Mrs for the
BX23 and I ain't in no hurry to be owing that woman any more major construction paybacks... (i.e. remodeled kitchen this past time) /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
The
B3030 that I tested didn't exhibit any annoying vibrations, shakeing or noises. I though it was a very good tractor that I would seriously consider if'n I had the need for it.
And btw, the rep quoted me the
B3030 w/AC & heated cab for $18,500. No loader or MMM included....
