In my 2002 Pontiac Montana. A tighter fit than I thought it would be. Lol.

....how does that go again? If there aren't pictures it didn't happen? LOL. Seriously, I would have paid money to see that loaded and unloaded.

I should have video taped it. This is how i got it out. I tied a rope to the end of the tiller closest to the back of the van. I lifted it 6" and with my hand on the HST Pedal, and me standing on the ground I walked the tractor back about 2/3's the length of the tiller.
Then I put a 2 step, step ladder under the end of the tiller hanging out of the van and repositioned the rope to the middle of the tiller and bingo. It was free. :)

Chris, did you end up buying it from Joe at Rosseel"s? Joe buys at Brindleys at their auction sales and they trade equipment back and forth. I've known him for a lot of years. My buddy bought a jd tractor at Rosseels and Brindleys did all the paperwork for it to cross the border. Small world.
Did you end up getting any other bargins there, I always end up with more than I need.

Honestly, I don't know who I dealt with. I talked to 2 different guys on the phone prior to driving down. It was strictly business this morning. Cash, tiller, thank you and by!
I didn't buy anything else althought I could have spent a few hours walking thru the yard there. Tones of toys. :)

Great looking tiller. Now, you need a planter. What are you planning to plant?

Don't forget to remove the owner's manual from under the rear deflector. And slip your slip clutch before you go out there & till anything.

...it's not too late to make a video. That way we could see both the loading and the unloading process. LOL.

Seriously - that's pretty clever work there.

I'm not familiar with what you are talking about? Slip the clutch before use? Does that apply to any slip clutch PTO shaft?

Yes. This is done by loosening the bolts on the clutch assembly. You want to scuff up the friction surfaces and verify that it is, in fact slipping. Then you want to re-adjust so that it doesn't slip when you're doing the intended job, but does slip if you get fouled in a big root or wedge a rock in there. Your owner's manual should have instructions for your particular hardware. This should be done once, at the beginning of the season before you use the attachment, every year, on all your PTO equipment that has a slip clutch.

Thanks for the head's up. I read the manual on my rotary cutter and I don't remember anything about that. I'll have to take another look.
