Wow, a little touchy are we. Nobody said that prop valves are not used on mobile equipment. I have probably 6 different applications that use them. And have a average of 60-70 a year rebuilt by 2 different shops that specialize in this. Most are just a simple clean and recalibrate because of dirty systems. I would venture a guess that most tractor people would not want to spend the $4-500 for the proper filtration let alone the 1k to 2k for the valve. Like oldnslo said all depends on what somebody wants to spend. CJ
