Battery powered grease gun recommendations?

We use Dewalt at work, no problems with about ten of them, but I would buy the one that matched the rest of my power tool batteries..

I have a older Milwaukee 12 volt grease gun that sees quite a bit of action. Works great.

Dewalt tools have a good reputation.

Lock N Lube !!!!!! Buy it what ever the cost. Saves you freaking madness of snapping zerk off and makes it way easier to lube up.... I mean lube tractor.

$200 for the Dewalt with the 20vMax battery & charger on Amazon, didn't notice if was free shipping or Prime free. At any rate it showed up today. Its heavy as ****. Empty it weighs double what my other gun is full. With the long hose though you can mostly set it down & not worry about it.

Pulled the Lock 'n Lube off my old manual gun, its as key as ever. Liking the long flexy hose as opposed to the bent pipe on my old gun. Easier to get on some awkward zerks. Really easy to clip on the Lock 'n Lube & leave the gun on the fender or what not. PTO shaft U joints are pretty much as painful as ever though. I ordered the long Lock 'n Lube advertised as being good for PTOs, but its not in yet. Doubting it will make things that much easier. Will still need to unhook both ends of the PTO shaft or remove/carve up the PTO shaft cover.

Another vote for Dewalt with Lock-N lube coupler. I have a couple fittings on my tractor that will not lube by any other method I have tried. Sure makes greasing a lot of tractor fittings easy. And also pretty easy to purge the air out of it.

I bought the 12v Milwaukee from CPO a few years ago and it is fairly lightweight, and does a great job. I seem to be gravitIng towards the lighter weight 12v tools lately, while still keeping the 18v stuff when more grunt is needed.

I had the Lincolnton 12v grease gun and it worked fine for me, when I consolidated all my battery tools to Milwaukee I bought there 18v grease gun and it works great. The two differences I noticed are the Milwaukee battery last longer and it easily primes a new tube. I always had problems priming the Lincolnton but most likely I just never figured out the trick to make it work.

I really want the Ryobi One+ grease gun to go with my dozen odd One+ batteries I already have. Unfortunately they dont make one yet. So I'm looking at yet another battery type to wory about.

Lincoln & Dewalt seem to be the leading contenders. Any recommendations either way?

In either case I'm either robbing the Lock 'n Lube coupler off my current gun, or maybe getting a new one.

I have both the Lincoln 12V model and the Dewalt 18V. The Lincoln battery was always dead when I needed to use it and I'd have to wait for it to charge. I bought the Dewalt after I finally got tired of cleaning up the leaking grease from the Lincoln. I also have many 18V Dewalt tools so that solved the dead battery issue as well.
