I worked on the only "breakage" I've had in a long time, yesterday... lol
The T-handle that holds a log post on my mill got broken off, leaving the end of it in a bolt hole. It's an old break that wasn't taken care of long ago, as I don't use that log post often. But, I'm about to, as I'm changing some things around on my mill.
Anyway, here's what I used to help get it out, and I have to say, if you never have used any "Tap Magic", you need to get some! It's absolutely the best tapping/drilling fluid I've ever used!
Anyway, time to drill a hole in that broken off part,
And tap an "easy out" into the hole,
and turn the easy out "out" with a wrench,
AND here's what it looks like, all "fixed",
Once I get done making some changes on the mill, i'll be up and running it, as I need to mill out some "battens" for an unfinished board and batten "siding" project I have going on...
