Is there anyway to check to see if my tractor tires have been filled?

Well, you could go the messy way and put the tires with valve below 1/2 way and press the release.

I would just thump the tire. It will sound different. Of course, this depends on a point of reference you may not have. That will also only tell you if there is liquid, not what it is.

Someone probably has a better way.

I agree, the best way is just get the valve stem near the bottom.
