Best Mod/add on to compact tractor or attachment

Attached ammo can to FEL mount for b/c Kubota's toolbox mounted behind the seat just wasn't enough. Mounted fire ext. to ROPS using existing hole from factory. Modified my brush gaurd on my M9540. Needed extra protection (still need to add more) when clearing brush with grapple and wanted chain storeage.

Cowdoc, I purchased my EX3200 this year, and plan to remove several trees on our woodlot. What brand toothbar did you buy for your FEL? Is it easy to install/remove?Would it interfere if you want to backblade to smooth out soil? Also, I don't think our Cub Cadet Yanmar tractors have a quick disconnect, so how easily does the FEL remove when you want to attach your Tatro grapple? Thank you in advance for your answers.

I spent a few days looking through this thread looking for ideas for my new-to-me Massey GC2600. So far I have 3 grab hooks welded on, an 4x4 set of forks, and a carry all under construction.

Best mod / add on depends on what the work is. This past winter it would have been the cab. When it came time to gather up all the downed tree limbs after the ice storm, it would have been the brush forks. The slotted angle chain hooks are really handy for moving and lifting things. As some have mentioned, LED lighting is hard to beat.

I have always been curios of how many miles I've bush hogged or what not. Had this hubometer we took off a truck at work, figured I'd give it a try.

It's an entirely more useful machine for me, now.
Makes box blade & rear blade work much, much more productive.
Makes using rear pallet forks very efficient and possible where it used to be near impossible (on uneven ground).
Simplifies lifting logs with the rear pallet forks.
With a log lifted on the forks, using the barking spud is much easier on my old back.
Also the TnT makes transfer of the logs to a sawbuck quick & painless.

Why don't you "tapper" those 4x4's in front, so your load can slide on,
that way, you can push the load back by hand, as opposed to lifting it 4".

I've thought about that actually, but have the square end on top let me get under the 1" lip on those flag stones and lift up to break them loose. I might cut a wedge off the bottom side so I can angle them down and slide under things though. So far they do everything I need them to.

I looked into this as well as tire chains but generally only have a problem with hard pack snow and ice. When you say better traction in snow, is it equally as much of an improvement on ice? How did you decide on pattern differences between front and back? Awesome job!
