Best sized NH backhoe for TC34DA

So I've played around with the backhoe. I am VERY glad I went with the 930 and not the small 920. I could even use more break out force and reach than the 930 but of course I'd need a larger tractor!!! It is a very good mate for my tractor. I was able to dig out a boulder even larger than the one in the photos above. I was able to dig it out of the ground and drag it out of the hole by rolling it out as the backhoe could not lift it. Once out I was able to push it with the grapple to close to the edge of a hill I need to bring it down. I'll call in my friend with is TC45DA to get it down the hill as his loader will be able to pick it up whereas mine cannot.

The only problem I have with the backhoe just started. One of the two stabilizers has an issue going down as it crimps the hydraulic hose feeding it. I need to push the hose back in as the stabilizer goes down to prevent it from crimping. Anyone have this problem and a way to solve it?

Those 4 ply turfs on front flex alot; I have them also. I run 30 PSI in them; seems to help.

Yep, I had 30psi in them. Just checked them to make sure.

I ended up replacing the two stabilizer hydraulic hoses. Seems to be a bad design as the hoses need to bend a fairly tight 90ｺ when the stabilizers are retracted and and then be straight when extended. They feed over a lip of heavy structural metal. I'll need to put in something like a shoe horn for the hoses to slide over better than the lip of heavy metal as they get jammed on the lip.

I haven't been on line for a while and ran into your post. I also had the problem with the stabilize hose getting pinched and had to replace them. I wen to house of hose for the replacement and they seem to have more flex than the factory hose. I want information on your grapple! That is my next project.

I'm still having the problem. You don't happen to have all of the pertinent info about the hoses handy do you as I would not be able to use House of Hose locally so can't just bring the hose down for them to measure etc.

Did you talk to the Dealer about this issue.
This is something they can fix.

hmmm I could sell my MF 30e hoe. One less machine to maintain. But then I would have nothing to pull out the TC34DA when it gets stuck.
MF is not starting now ,thats a whole other thread on MF . Decisions Decisions. First got to get the MF running.
