B21, L39 are serious commercial TLB's. If you wanted to go Kioti, look at a 3054. Gear drive with shuttle. Mahindra has nice tractors you could place a sub-frame or 3 point aftermarket backhoe on. The 15 series is built by Mitsubishi and I think those tractors look very well made.

The Mitsu built 15 series Mahindra's all use a "Mahindra" backhoe built by KMW. These tractors are available in 20, 26, 28, 30, and 32 HP in HST models, regular gear models, and the 32 is available with a shuttle also. Each can be mounted with the quick attach sub-frame mount hoe that digs 7'10". Nice machines! There are a lot of good options, this is certainly one to consider.
