Hi folks
I have had a B2320 with a fel for approx a year and love it. Just recently i added a BH65 backhoe. When i position the tractor to dig, i lower the stabilizers and then set the FEL bucket for added stability. When i do this i have noticed that the FEL does not have enough power to lift the front of the tractor. Before i mounted the backhoe, the FEL would easily lift the front end of the tractor off the ground. I attempted this at 1500rpm which should have been plenty of engine speed. What gives? Any advice is appreciated

Before you mounted the hoe your machine was able to pivot on the rear wheels when you put the bucket down, now with the hoe on and the stabilizers down, you have stabilized the rear end eliminating the pivot point, plus, the loader doesn't have the power, like a larger machine to lift the whole unit off the ground.

Can you lift the front first then the rear?

Should be able to do no issues even with rear loaded

I believe that's standard with the B2320 and the BH65, I tried one and noticed that too. I got the B2920 with the BH65 and it was able to lift the tractor, though I find it useful to leave some weight on the tires because you can really pull yourself around with the hoe, so the more contact area with the ground the better.
